extended returns: free returns until monday the 8th of january 2018.
to return an item, you must inform us within 14 days after you have received your product. to notify us about a return, contact us by mail on email@example.com.
refusal to receive a package upon arrival is not qualified as a rightfully return and we reserve the right to charge you an amount to cover any additional costs that we may have in regards to your withdrawal.
we must receive your product no later than 14 days after you have contacted us, requesting a withdrawal. if the deadline, however, is a public holiday, a saturday or a sunday, the new date will be the following working day.
when returning a product, postage is free of charge and remember that items cannot be exchanged, but only be returned for a refund. please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get a free return label. we use www.returnyourparcel.eu on all returns. this means that you get a return label from us and after that you go to your local post office.
when you send your package back to us, you must fill out and include the return note that came with your package. if you need a new return note, you can print one by using this link.

please note that once you have returned your parcel at a gls parcel shop, it can take up to 14 days for us to process your return and refund the amount of money corresponding to your order.

please note than it can take up to 3-4 weeks for us to process your return and refund the amount of money corresponding to your order.
when you return a parcel to us in a european country other than denmark, your parcel has some extra stops at an external warehouse before we receive it:
step 1: up to one week of transit from when you hand in your parcel at a post office until it arrives at an external warehouse
step 2: up to two weeks of transit from when your parcel leaves the external warehouse until it arrives at minimum’s warehouse.
step 3: we will refund your return no later than one week after we have received your parcel at our own warehouse in denmark.
please note that you are liable for any decrease in value, if you have tested or used the product in other ways than those usually allowed in-store. when we receive the product, we will assess the condition and refund you the amount we find corresponding to the item’s condition.
