We’ve extended our returns period over the holiday season. We offer free returns on all orders until the 25th of January 2022. Please note that the funds will be returned to whatever payment method (credit card, bank account) that the payer initially used to make the payment.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer an exchange to a new color or size. If you need a different size or colour of an item, you will need to place a new order and return the item that did not fit.

1. Fill out the attached return note and place it inside the parcel with the items that you would like to send back.

3. Return the parcel to your local post office and they will send it back to us.

4. Once we have taken care of your complaint, we encourage you to return the product to us as soon as possible. Do not continue using the product.
We would like to point out that the right of complaint covers production defects. It does not include wear and tear or defects as a result of incorrect handling of the product. You must complain within a reasonable time - no later than 2 months after you have discovered the damage.
If your item is purchased in a physical store, they are responsible for helping with a solution and providing compensation for the faulty item.
