We are sorry to hear that the quality of your purchase isn't as it should be. We will happily help you with your complaint, please send an email to customerservice@minimum.dk.
We need to know the following to assess your complaint:
1. Make a short description of how the damage occured.
2. Send a picture of the damage from all angles and a picture of the full product. The damage must be fully visible.
3. Once we have received your inquiry, we will process your complaint as soon as possible.
4. Once we have taken care of your complaint, we encourage you to return the product to us as soon as possible. Do not continue using the product.
We would like to point out that the right of complaint covers production defects. It does not include wear and tear or defects as a result of incorrect handling of the product. You must complain within a reasonable time - no later than 2 months after you have discovered the damage.
If your item is purchased in a physical store, they are responsible for helping with a solution and providing compensation for the faulty item.
